Whitetail Ridge Spring ScrambleSunday April 25, 2010 Non-Members $80 FORMAT: The Whitetail Ridge Spring Scramble will be a 3 person scramble tournament with groups paired in 6-somes. Men will play from the blue tees and ladies will play from the silver tees. Mixed teams are permitted and encouraged. Each of the three players will hit a tee shot and the team will choose which ball to play. All players on the team will then hit from the chosen spot and repeat this process until the ball is holed. Each team will be required to use six tee shots from each player! Each 3-some in the group will keep the other team's scorecard and chart the other team's drives. You may move the ball up to one club length thru the green. You must stay in the same playing conditions when moving the ball. If you are in the rough, you must stay in the rough. You may move the ball up to four inches on the green. All movement of the ball must not be closer to the hole. This event will not be handicapped and will be flighted based on the total number of entries. Prizes will be awarded based on the total number of entries and will be paid out in gift certificates valid for Golf Shop merchandise. All ties will be broken via a scorecard playoff starting on Hole #18 and proceeding backwards. SPECIAL EVENT HOLES: Closest to the Pin: Men #17 & Women #7 FOOD & BEVERAGE: A southern style barbecue lunch will be served in the Bar & Restaurant after the tournament. A one hour open bar during lunch will be included in the package price. REGISTRATION: The deadline to register for the Spring Scramble is Monday April 19th.
